Late last night I learned that Rob Perkins passed away suddenly. Before Imran Khawaja joined the team Rob Perkins provided Captiva Quote Desk support to the EMEA team. Based in California this meant 3am mornings and a very altered schedule for Rob. He was happy to do as it he was very dedicated to supporting the EMEA team and also the off hours meant he could spend time with his young daughter. Rob was a wealth of information but more so than that I remember that he was always happy to help out in whatever way he could. No matter what issues came along - difficult customers, tricky licensing situations, urgent orders - he always approached everyone with cheerfulness and was a pleasure to work with. Rob will be sorely missed. Please join me in sending your thoughts to his loved ones.
